At GrowMeta, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services like Meta ad campaign setup, website development, and growth support. Since our services are digital, personalized, and start immediately after confirmation, we follow a strict but fair refund policy to protect both customer and business interests.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided only under the following valid circumstances:

  • You paid for a service but did not receive any onboarding or delivery initiation within 5 business days.

  • A technical error occurred on our end that prevented service initiation or delivery.

  • The payment was made accidentally and confirmed with proof before we begin the service.

✅ Refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after ordering the service.

  • Service has already started or been partially delivered.

  • Delay due to incomplete inputs or late response from your side.

  • Results of Meta Ads or traffic performance did not meet subjective expectations (since ad performance can vary).

  • You misused, copied, or violated GrowMeta’s digital content or strategies.

  • Refund request made after the eligible period.


4. Refund Process

If your case qualifies, the refund will be:

  • Processed within 7 working days

  • Credited via the same payment method (e.g., UPI, PhonePe)

  • Subject to basic verification of payment and reason

🔒 GrowMeta reserves the right to approve or reject any refund claim based on internal service logs and policy.


5. Documentation Required

To apply for a refund, please share the following details:

  • Full name

  • Service purchased

  • Payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID)

  • Reason for refund

  • Date and time of payment

  • UPI ID or payment method used

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us will be considered a violation of our terms. We may ban such users permanently and take legal action if necessary.
